Dr. Katerina Belazelkoska has been a practicing engineer, a teacher and a principal of a secondary technical school in her native Macedonia. She received her Master’s in Administrative Leadership and Supervision in Education, and her doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) before immigrating to Canada in 2007.

In the past 13 years, Katerina has managed several Bridge Training Programs under the umbrella of Gateway for International Professionals at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, Ryerson University. Dr. Belazelkoska has presented her research and facilitated workshops and roundtables at numerous conferences throughout North America including
Metropolis, Pathways to Prosperity and the Conference Board of Canada’s Immigration Summit and its Leaders’ Roundtable on Immigration. She has developed and has been teaching online courses in the area of Immigration and Settlement Studies at Ryerson University.
